The park is known for its impressive glacial lake and panoramic views of Antuco volcano and the Velluda mountain range. It offers hiking trails and opportunities to observe wildlife such as birds, carnivores, and reptiles. Ideal for ecotourism, it provides mountainous landscapes and outdoor activities. It is one of the few national parks in the country where the high season is in the middle of winter, when winter sports can be enjoyed within its limits thanks to the presence of snow.
