The southern sector of the national park is accessed from the town of Coñaripe, in the Los Ríos Region. It stands out for its volcanic landscapes, lakes, and native forests. Its trails cross areas of Andean forest and offer panoramic views of the Villarrica volcano. It is an ideal destination for ecotourism and outdoor activities such as hiking and flora and fauna observation.
