To do the Base Torres trail and W circuit it is mandatory to have the accompaniment of an accredited specialized guide. This measure is in effect from April 27 to September 15, 2026, or as long as the winter conditions that justify its application remain.

Also, it is recommended to review the Regulations for Tourist Activities in Winter Conditions of Torres del Paine National Park, strictly complying with the measures and recommendations established there.
On the other hand, the Paine Massif circuit will remain closed until October 31, 2026. Its reopening will be subject to an evaluation of the existing weather and safety conditions at that time.
